The materials used in my sculptures have lived previous lives in the sea

Folk art is rooted in tradition. Sea Hag Studios celebrates the men and women who have dedicated their lives to the Sea.

My father was a lobsterman in Nahant MA. The days I spent on his boat, shaped me as a person and an artist.

As I create with the found objects collected along the coastline, I often think of the hands that worked with them before me.
